A great alternative to regular mitts, this pair of Nouvelle Legende® Heat Resistant Silicone Gloves for Cooking are perfect around the kitchen and for barbeque. A benefit that typical textile gloves don't offer is that these gloves are made of silicone and so are naturally waterproof. You don't need to worry about burning your hands around liquids or about your gloves getting soaked rendering them unusable. These gloves will keep your hands safe and dry in temperatures up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
The gloves are made of 100% BPA-free silicone and can be recycled. At 13 inches long, one size fits most and your wrist and forearm are protected. Because of the high friction coefficient of the silicone material, these gloves are ideal to open preservatives, jars, or any container that would be hard to untwist by hand.
These are not intended for long exposure to boiling water or flames or use with deep fryers.
Care instructions: These gloves are dishwasher safe, but can also be washed in warm, soapy water.
