These seat covers are just what I needed for my Honda CRV. They look great, are comfortable and very easy to install.

fabulous in my Forester Jul 07, 2011
By Lynn Berman I admit to being skeptical that I would find something nice, but I was determined to protect the grey seats of my brand new 2011 Subaru Forester. I found these, took a deep breath and ordered a set. They are terrific!! My husband installed them in less than 30 minutes, and I could not be more impressed with the quality. The grey sections of the seat covers are a close match in color to the car's grey interior cloth panels on the door (and a close match in fabric weave design, too). Now I have to see if the manufacturer makes a corresponding cover for the back seat, as well. I absolutely recommend this seat cover. (insert smiley face here)
PS -- they really do look like the photos shown here!

Will wore out in less a year, have tried both. Sep 29, 2012

I have used both seat covers on the driver's seat of my pickup one after another and they both wore out in less than a year each. It looked great and worked just as I wanted when I first installed it, only one on the driver seat. However after about 6 months, the dark leather-like material was turned into a thin film, then a small hole appeared on it, and the hole soon became a big missing peace with the underneath cushion show up on the surface. So I replaced it with another cover that I had not installed to the passenger seat. This time I paid attention to how thick the leather-like material was. It was thick and looked durable. But after another 6 month, now it became razor thin and had a small hole on it, exactly the same as what happened to the 1st cover. I had realized that the thin surface was glued to the underneath pad when its new, making it feel think and strong. But after a few month of use, they were separated, leaving the thin skin along on the surface, easy to be wore out.
Hate these short-lived products that will do nothing in a long run but increase the landfill in this county. Do not buy them just for the sake of the environment, don't mention to save the time and money.

This seat cover really fits Sep 13, 2012

I purchased this seat cover for my Honda Element front bucket seats with detachable headrests. I am very pleased with the covers as they fit very snugly and the attachments under the seats are solid and keep the covers exactly in place when sliding in and out of the car. The color is stated as "gray", but they are actually about 1/2 gray and 1/2 black -- just the center portion with the mesh is gray color, the sides are black. This color combination looks very smart and complements the gray / blue interior of my Element quite well. The elastic attachments over the headrests works very well and keeps all parts of the seat cover in place snugly. I originally selected this cover because it allowed for the side airbags in the front seats to deploy if necessary without any issues with the seat cover since the back portion has no sides. Many other seat covers would inhibit the side airbags from deploying out of the side of the seat back. And besides this well-designed feature for side airbags, the cover looks very crisp and sharp once installed, and does not appear at all cheap or sloppy the way some covers can look, especially at such a good price. As I live on Molokai, Hawaii the free shipping from Amazon on these covers was especially good.
My only complaint was the first set had to be returned due to a blemish in the black finish of the padded side portion near the headrest. That black finish is sort of painted on, and some of the black painted finish was missing. I got a quick return from Amazon and re-ordered a good set of covers. So if you order this cover for your car you should check the black finish carefully when you open the box before installing to be sure you don't end up with a blemished set that might need to be returned. It takes about 30 minutes to install both covers and get the under-seat attachments just right, so you want to be sure before installing you plan to keep them.
Overall, I am very pleased with these covers and even ordered a second set to keep as reserve for replacement just in case they get discontinued later. I would recommend them highly.

Good for cars with side airbag Mar 27, 2012
By HB I hate that my car has side airbags in the seats, as it's illegal to cover the side. But my leather seats get so gross in the summer so I needed something. I tried numerous things; towel, regular seat cover with a cut down the side. Nothing stayed put and looked really ghetto.
I finally bought these seat covers and really glad I did.
I didn't use the enclosed metal hooks to attach the bottom of the cover, but instead used mattress fitted sheet straps. It take 2 people to secure but the seat cover doesn't move.
The only con, the grey part can get kinda scratchy as it's some kind of mesh type material. I am afraid if I wear shorts, the pattern will end up on my legs when I get out of my car. Wish it was all black.
